US-based enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) provider TKI has established a presence in Cyprus following its merger with Hybrid ConsulTech, now operating as TKI EMEA.
The move was welcomed by Invest Cyprus, the national investment promotion authority, which highlighted the deal as a boost to the country’s growing technology sector and its business ties with the United States.

Marios Tannousis, CEO of Invest Cyprus, said the partnership marked a significant milestone for Cyprus’s growing AI landscape.

Mr Tannousis further noted that the merger showcases Cyprus’s strategic location, business-friendly environment, and talented workforce, making it an attractive destination for technology companies looking to serve the markets in the European Union, the Middle East, and Africa.
